I am a keen sports person with many different sporting interests; from a young age I experienced many different injuries introducing me to the sports therapy and physiotherapy world. I was fascinated and knew it was the direction that I wanted to go in. After college I went to the University of Chichester and studied Sports Therapy.
I then lived in Canada at the ski resort Whistler, treating and massaging ski and snowboarders while enjoying the slopes most days. On my return I started up Body Fix injury clinic and began working for Slough Rugby Club. I also did a few years with East Berkshire Rugby Academy.
I am very passionate about treatment and rehabilitation and am sure I can help get all types of people and problems get back on track.

I’m a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, and part of the Sports Massage association governing body. I am currently studying my Level 5 at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. Having participated in a wide variety of sports growing up I’ve always had an interest in anatomy and physiology and having had my fair share of injuries over the years I developed a keen interest in rehab and recovery from such injuries.
I specialise in sports massage and take a full body holistic approach when working with clients in order to identify what’s causing tension in the body and love helping people get rid of chronic pain through massage. I work with a wide variety of clients, from Muay Thai fighters through to the elderly which has given me the opportunity to see how different bodies work and which treatment is best for each individual.
